Even the capability to write, produce and direct everything from the simplest brochure to a national TV spot that gets nominated for the industry’s highest awards. (Yes, I’ve done that.)

Drama is always a good hook to move an audience, but it must relate to the product to be effective. I helped name, brand and launch the AviNet Communications Network.

I know that client satisfaction is important because I’ve not only been a copywriter and creative director at some of the largest agencies in Baltimore and Philadelphia, but I oversaw my own ad agency for ten years (billing about $1 million annually) before I realized I was much happier working directly with clients, to help them realize their marketing goals. Which means the limited number of clients I work with these days get more personal attention than ever.
